Job settings
Configure company branding, video interview defaults, and custom pipeline stages for a published job.
After you publish a job, open Settings on the job detail page in the console. Settings apply to this job only - company logo, retake rules, transcription, and pipeline stages. Save each section when you are done.
General settings
Company
Shown on the candidate application experience for this job.

Candidates see the logo and company name on the apply page intro alongside your intro banner or video.
Video Interview
Controls for recorded candidate responses on this job.

| Video Interview Retake Count | How many times a candidate can re-record the Media Responses video - No retakes, 1 retake, 2 retakes, or Unlimited |
| Audio Transcription | When on, Hirekal creates written transcripts from video response audio |
Retake count applies to the required Media Responses prompt from Job setup, not to optional Video standard questions in the question list. When Audio Transcription is on, speech scores are also available to support review.
Custom stages
Active Stages lists every stage in your pipeline for this job. Four default stages are included:
- To Be Reviewed
- In Progress
- Shortlisted
- Rejected
Default stages cannot be renamed or removed, but you can reorder them by dragging.
Click Add Stage to create custom stages beyond the defaults - for example "Technical Interview" or "Offer". Custom stages can be edited, removed, and reordered. Click Save on the settings page to persist stage changes.
