Branding

Match candidate apply pages to your brand with custom primary color, secondary color, and font.

Use Branding to customize how candidate-facing apply pages look for your organization - primary color, secondary color, and font family. Changes apply across every job apply link in your workspace. Overview: Branding.

White-label branding - colors, font, and live preview on apply pages

What branding controls

Branding is organization-wide. It styles the public apply experience candidates see when they open a job link - buttons, accents, headings, and typography.

SettingWhat it is for
Primary colorMain brand color on apply pages - buttons, links, and accent highlights
Secondary colorSupporting color - headings and emphasis text (for example company name)
Font familyTypography across the apply flow

This is separate from per-job settings:

SettingWhereWhat it controls
Company logo & nameJob settings on each jobLogo and employer name on that job's apply page
White labelingAdd-ons → White labelingYour domain on apply URLs
BrandingAdd-ons → BrandingColors and font on apply pages for the whole organization

Together, branding + job logo + optional custom domain give candidates a fully on-brand apply experience.

Where to configure

Workspace owners and admins can open Add-ons → Branding in the console. Other team members see a message to contact an admin.

The page has two panels:

PanelWhat it does
Brand settingsPick colors and font, then Save
Live previewShows how the apply page will look as you edit

Use Reset to default to remove saved branding and return to Hirekal defaults.

Setup

Open Branding

Console → Add-ons → Branding.

Choose font

Select a font family for apply pages.

Set colors

Pick primary and secondary hex colors.

Save

Save - live preview updates; apply pages use the new theme.

Typography

Choose a Font family from the dropdown. Available fonts include:

Inter, Roboto, Open Sans, Lato, Poppins, Montserrat, Nunito, Source Sans 3, Work Sans, DM Sans, Manrope, and System UI (uses the candidate's device font).

The selected font loads on apply pages for every job in your organization.

Colors

Set Primary color and Secondary color using the color picker or by typing a hex value (for example #1d4ed8).

ColorTypical use on apply pages
PrimaryApply buttons, progress accents, link-style highlights
SecondaryJob title, company name, section headings

Both must be valid hex colors before you can save.

Save and reset

Click Save to apply branding to live apply pages. The Live preview panel updates as you edit so you can check the look before saving.

Reset to default removes your saved branding. Apply pages return to Hirekal's built-in colors and font until you configure branding again.

Default theme when nothing is saved: primary #1d4ed8, secondary #0b1a33, font Roboto.

What candidates see

Branding applies to the full apply flow - intro, application form, questions, video recording, and thank-you screen. Candidates do not configure anything; they simply see your colors and font when they open a job link.

See Candidate experience for the end-to-end apply flow.
