Dashboard
Home workspace summary - KPIs, hiring charts, recent applications, and activity at a glance.
After you sign in, the Dashboard is your home screen in the console. It shows a snapshot of hiring activity across your organization - active jobs, applications waiting for review, and what happened recently.
Open it anytime from the sidebar.

Active jobs, to be reviewed, team size, applications.
This month, last 30 days, custom range, and more.
Applications by job and over time.
Latest applications and workspace activity.
Summary cards
Four metric cards sit at the top of the page:

| Active jobs | Jobs currently live and accepting applications |
| To be reviewed | Applications waiting for your team's review |
| Organization users | How many people have access to this workspace |
| Applications submitted | Submissions in the selected date range (see below) |
Active jobs, To be reviewed, and Organization users always reflect the current state. Applications submitted updates when you change the date filter.
Date filter
Use the date filter above the charts to change the reporting window. Presets include:
- This month (default)
- Last 30 days
- Today
- Yesterday
- Last week
- Last month
- Custom range - pick start and end dates on the calendar, then Apply
The filter affects the Applications submitted card and both charts. It does not change the Recent applications or Recent activity lists - those always show the latest items regardless of date.
Charts
Applications by job
A donut chart of submitted applications per job for the selected date range. Up to seven jobs are shown individually; additional jobs roll up as Other jobs.
Hover or focus a segment to see the job name and count. If no one has applied yet, the chart shows an empty state until submissions arrive.
Applications received
A timeline of submitted applications over the selected range. When data exists, inline metrics show:
- Applications submitted - total in the range
- Highest Applications - peak count on a single day
If there are no submissions in the range, this chart is hidden.
Recent applications
The Recent applications panel lists the five most recent submissions across your organization.

Click a row to open that application in the candidate drawer. From there you can watch recordings, leave notes, and change stage - see Collaboration.
Recent activity
The Recent activity panel shows the five latest events in your workspace - for example new applications, stage changes, job updates, and ratings.
Click View all to open the full timeline on Activity.
