Application Received
Start a workflow when Hirekal receives an application on any job in the organization.
Connect an organization, then start a workflow when a new application arrives or changes stage. The same credential can create and look up jobs and applications.
Open Add-ons → Integrations → n8n → Connect, then paste the client ID and client secret into an n8n Hirekal OAuth2 API credential.
Hirekal Trigger can listen for one event or both. Activating the workflow registers it. Deactivating removes it. Setup in the n8n docs.
Start a workflow when Hirekal receives an application on any job in the organization.
Start a workflow when an application moves to another pipeline stage.
The Hirekal node uses the credential you connected. A common next step after Application Received is Application → Get.
Create a job. Hirekal adds default questions, fields, and pipeline stages.
Look up one job by ID, or list and search jobs.
Find a job from its title with an exact or partial match.
List applications for a job, with stage and search filters.
The console shows Disconnected right away. n8n asks you to reconnect the credential the next time a workflow runs. Disconnecting only inside n8n does not disconnect Hirekal.
How to connect, which events fire, and what disconnect does.
In the Hirekal console, open Add-ons, then Integrations, then n8n, then Connect. Copy the client ID and client secret into an n8n Hirekal OAuth2 API credential.
Application Received, when Hirekal receives an application, and Stage Change, when an application moves to another pipeline stage. One trigger can listen for both.
Hirekal shows Disconnected. The next workflow run asks you to reconnect the credential in n8n.
No. Disconnect in the Hirekal console to disconnect the organization. Disconnecting only inside n8n leaves Hirekal connected.
Connect Hirekal to n8n and listen for new applications and stage changes.
