Hirekal lets recruiting teams send structured video interviews and review candidate responses. By creating an account or submitting an interview, you agree to use the product only for that purpose.

These terms describe how you may use the product. They are a public summary, not a full commercial contract.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including who you invite and which candidates you send interview links to. Keep login details private.
Candidate recordings
Interview recordings and related application data belong in the workspace that collected them. Use them for hiring decisions in that organization. Do not use Hirekal to collect interviews you are not authorized to run.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, scrape, or overload the product. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use. We may suspend access if the service is abused.
Plans and limits
Starter, Growth, Agency, and Enterprise include different usage limits such as active jobs, team members, interviews per month, and storage duration. Published prices and limits are on the pricing page. Additional terms may apply in the product when billing is active.
