How Hirekal handles interview data.
This is a short public summary of how the product uses information. It is not a substitute for a full legal policy if one applies to your account.
What we use data for
We use this information to operate the product: creating interviews, collecting responses, letting recruiting teams review them, and providing account access. We do not sell candidate video responses as a data product.
Who can see interview data
People with access to your Hirekal workspace can review the interviews and responses in that workspace. Candidates use a shareable link and do not need a Hirekal account to record.
Retention
Video storage duration is 90 days on Starter, Growth, and Agency. Enterprise retention is arranged with the plan. Account data is kept while the account is active.

If you need help with an account or interview data request, email support@hirekal.com or log in to the product.
